Lane Cove Council is proposing a Planning Agreement with JCDecaux Australia Trading Pty Ltd, the developer at 2-4 Pacific Highway, St Leonards to provide a Public Benefit.
Background
The proposed Planning Agreement is for the purposes of Facility Management at Wadanggari Park for which, the Developer has committed funding for a five (5) year period.
The Explanatory Note may be found in Schedule 2 at page 28 of the Planning Agreement in the Documents section of this consultation.
