Lane Cove Council is proposing a Voluntary Planning Agreement with 8 Finlayson Street Lane Cove Pty Ltd, the developer of 2-10 Finlayson Street, Lane Cove to provide community infrastructure.
Background
The proposed VPA is for the purposes of a Facility (performance space) which can be used by the local community for performances.
At its meeting of 22 August 2024, Council resolved to enter into a VPA with the developer of the site. The accompanying Development Application (DA) is currently available to view at:
