Council is considering a new five-year lease terminating in 2029 for the Hallam Avenue, Osborne Park Progress Association, Greenwich and Lane Cove West Tennis Clubs.

Each of the four Not-for-Profit (Incorporated) Tennis Clubs deliver valuable tennis playing and/or coaching services to residents of the Lane Cove Local Government Area (LGA).

Under Section 46 of the Local Government Act 1993 (Granting of leases, licences, and other estates in respect of Community Land), Council hereby invites the community to provide feedback on the proposed lease(s).

This Public Exhibition is open for 28 days from 19 September 2024 to 17 October 2024.
