River Road West No Parking Zone

Council is seeking feedback on a proposal to implement parking restrictions along River Road West from 50 River Road West to 70 River Road West (Fox Street). This proposal is in response to the difficulties faced by garbage trucks in picking up waste due to vehicles parked on the roadside.

What is being proposed?

We propose the installation of a 'No Parking; 6 AM to 1 PM; Thursdays’ zone along on the south side of River Road West from 50 River Road West to 70 River Road West (Fox Street) as per the plan provided in the resident letter.

• Prevent traffic congestion, ensuring smoother flow along River Road West.
• Facilitate the timely and efficient collection of rubbish by garbage trucks.
