Planning Proposal - No. 1 & No.3 Austin Crescent, Lane Cove

Council is in receipt of two Planning Proposals to de-list heritage items at 1 & 3 Austin Crescent, Lane Cove. The applicant for both developments is Urbanism Pty Ltd.

Council reported the Planning Proposals to the February 2026 Council meeting for 3 Austin Crescent and the April 2026 Council meeting for 1 Austin Crescent. Both Planning proposals were endorsed with amendments and subsequently forwarded to the State Government for Gateway Determination. The applicants have since provided the amended Planning Proposals.
