Planning Proposal - 170 Pacific Highway, Greenwich

Council is in receipt of a Planning Proposal to allow additional permitted use of Senior Housing on the subject site at 170 Pacific Highway, Greenwich.

Please note that while comment is invited, this notification is not part of the “Gateway” community consultation process. “Gateway” refers to the official process for seeking and considering the views of the community as required by the Department of Planning. This only occurs after Council has assessed the Planning Proposal and sought the Department’s permission to consult.

The submissions period has now closed. Council will collate and review the submissions and report them to a future meeting of Council.
