A Planning Proposal has been lodged with Council for the site known as 126, 130-134 Pacific Highway, Greenwich. The proposed amendments for the site are to allow additional permitted use of Senior Housing on the subject site.
Informal consultation on the proposal will run from Wednesday18 June to Wednesday 2 July 2025.
Please note that while comment is invited, this notification is not part of the “Gateway” community consultation process. “Gateway” refers to the later, official process for seeking and considering the views of the community as required by the Department of Planning, which only occurs after Council has assessed the Planning Proposal and sought the Department’s permission to consult.
The submissions period has now closed. Council will collate and review the submissions and report them to a future meeting of Council.
