Positive Pitstops Trail Competition Entry Form

Mental Health Month is co-ordinated every October by Wayahead. This year the theme is ‘A Little Connection Goes a Long Way’. People across NSW come together during the month to hold events and promote good mental health.

Visit here to learn more about Mental Health Month.

This year in Lane Cove, boost your wellbeing by visiting Positive Pitstops around the LGA, across the whole month of October. Follow the blue clouds to find them! Open to all ages and abilities!

Reduce stress, improve emotional balance, share moments with others, and be immersed in nature.

1. Tick off the Positive Pitstops Passport. Look out for bonus pitstops – get a star or stamp on your passport at select locations for an extra entry into the prize draw.

2. Snap a photo at one activity you attend - wave, shake hands, high five, fist bump in your photo (no faces needed).

3. Submit the passport and one photo (via this form) to go into the draw to win one of three $50 Lane Cove gift cards.

Pick up a hard copy of the passport at Lane Cove Library, Civic Centre or Sydney Community Services or access it online here.
