Do you want to speak at our Public Forum Meeting?

Each month, members of the public can address Council at the Public Forum Meeting regarding an agenda item or another matter. The Public Forum Meeting is held on the Monday night of the same week as the Ordinary Council Meeting (which is on Thursday night). You can register to speak at the Public Forum from Thursday night the week before the Council meeting to 10.00am the day of the Public Forum meeting.

    Please note that Public Forums are now held on the Monday before the Ordinary Council Meeting.

    Please refer to the Public Forum Meeting Schedule and the Public Forum Meeting Guidelines for additional information that are available on Council's Website. 

    Please be aware that when registering for the Public Forum, you are not permitted to speak on a matter you have previously addressed with the Council, unless that matter is listed on the current Council Agenda.
