Ask a Sustainability Expert Terms and Conditions

The Ask a Sustainability Expert Program is open to Lane Cove LGA residents only.
Council is not liable for any advice given. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that Council accepts no liability in respect of any claim, cause of action or loss or damage arising out of, or in relation to, any advice given under the Program.
Council employees are unable to recommend specific products and/or manufacturers.
External consultants are providing advice on behalf of Lane Cove Council.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for session cancellations. If Council is not notified of a cancellation, the applicant may not be able to access the service.
The participant agrees to be contacted for a follow-up survey.
New Applicants for the Program will not be accepted once the Program budget has been exhausted.
Council will not share Applicant information with any other organisation other than for the purpose of directly administering the Program.
