23 Greenwich Road, Greenwich – Reduction of ‘No Parking’ Zone

Council is seeking community feedback on a proposed change to the existing ‘No Parking’ restriction adjacent to 23 Greenwich Road.

At present, there is approximately 12 metres of ‘No Parking’ zone located directly south of the driveway to No. 23. This length exceeds what is typically required to maintain safe driveway access and sight lines.

What is being proposed?

Council proposes to reduce the existing ‘No Parking’ restriction from 12 metres to 6 metres directly south of the driveway at 23 Greenwich Road.

This adjustment would provide an additional parking space in the area while maintaining safe vehicle access to the driveway and adequate visibility for motorists.

Current Status

• The majority of respondents objected to the proposal, as such this was not referred to a Local Transport Forum. No further action required.
