2025/2026 Draft Budget, Delivery Program & Operational Plan

Council is consulting with the community on its suite of Draft Integrated Planning and Reporting Plans for 2025/26, including the:

1. Draft 2025/26 Budget Overview,

2. Draft 2025/26 – 2028/29 Delivery Program and Operational Plan (including the Draft Capital Works Program for 2025/26, the Draft Revenue Policy for 2025/26 and the Draft Fees and Charges for 2025/26), and

3. Associated Resource Plans that help support the Draft 2025/26 – 2028/29 Delivery Program and Operational Plan.

We welcome feedback from the community on our suite of integrated planning and reporting documents, those being:

• Draft 2025/26 to 2027/28 Delivery Program and Operational Plan
• Draft Resourcing Strategy
• Draft Long Term Financial Plan
• Draft Strategic Asset Management Plan; and
• Draft Workforce Management Plan

Also attached is a 'Draft 2025/26 Budget Overview' which provides a quick snapshot of Council's financial position, major capital projects to be undertaken during 2025/26 and the wide range of sustainability levy funded projects earmarked for 2025/26.
